RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Exchange of any product is not allowed unless it is physically damaged during delivery or Original equipment manufacture defects.
2. Tackle Brokers will arrange courier if you have received incorrect product compared to ordered product and replace it.
3. Refunds only processed after the items returned and approved.
4. Refunds, exchange or replacement will only be offered to the same person who originally purchase the product.
5. Customer should notify us by email support@tacklebrokers.com immediately after the delivery
6. Tackle brokers will not accept any return request after 6 hours after delivery.
7. We will process your replacement request within 7 working days after your request.
8. All the return items must be packed in the same box or package in good condition with all the instruction manuals and warranty.
9. Refund will be processed back to your Account by PayPal or store credit.
10. Customer must request for return by using the same email address registered in our website.
11. Processing fee 6.5 % will be charged for all the cancellation on credit card /Pay later option.
1. All the cancellation request must be notified within 6 hours after placing the order.
2. Site will not issue any charges if the order has not been dispatched for delivery.
3. All the cancellation request should be send to support@tacklebrokers.com before you get notified Courier tracking mail.
